The staff were very polite. The breakfast had excellent service and MANY options. The sauna was relaxing after a long day.
I found no coffee machine in my room. There were only kettles, sadly. I only received two small bottles of water upon my arrival. Additional water was NOT provided daily.

closed poolignored service
the pool was closed and i was not told about it beforehand. i eventually got them to offer a free dinner. the waiters seemed to ignore me for 30 minutes after the main course. it seemed like they did not want to give free food

the underground car park was safe and convenient, costing only 10 euro a day.
The lack of a coffee machine in the room was annoying. Only a kettle was available. complimentary water was limited to two small bottles upon arrival. there were no wine glasses provided for the minibar, just water glasses.

The beds were comfortable. the room was super clean. I noticed it was well kept. breakfast had a good selection of food.
The location was a bit far from the city center. the gym was small. It lacked variety in equipment. i found that the staff were not very helpful at times.

Impressed by the location and comfy room

Check-in was fast, and the staff seemed happy to assist. The room included a comfy bed and great soundproofing. I benefited from superb closeness to Gare do Oriente with metro and train connections. I also noticed a safe neighborhood.
The hallways have a sewerage smell when I walk from the lift to my room.
